What happens when I run out of free applications?
Autofilling new applications pauses until your allowance refreshes at midnight UTC, which Lentra shows in your own time zone. Upgrade to Pro to keep applying without a daily limit. Unused applications do not roll over.
What counts as one application?
One job application counts once, even when the form has multiple steps. Returning to the same job does not count again: refilling it is free forever, including when you change your resume.
What if the fill does not work?
Email support@getlentra.com with the job link and we put that application back on your count for today. A fill that touched nothing is never counted in the first place, and neither is one that filled only a field or two.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop back to Basic, with 3 applications a day. Cancelling is one click in the billing portal, and deleting your account cancels it immediately.
